Made this salad just now for my breakfast.

Used some butterhead lettuce that i've bought last week. You can also use romaine lettuce or normal 生菜. Add a bit of cherry tomatoes, chesdale cheese and ham. Cut the ham and cheese into strips and mix it with the veggies. For seasoning, add a tablespoon of olive oil and a teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Add normal salt/garlic salt and black pepper for some peppery taste. Dun use powdered black pepper cuz the taste will be very heavy. I recommend using coarse ground black pepper.

Mixed it well and EAT!!! Taste damn good i promise.

Garlic salt can be bought at ntuc with the brand name Masterfood.

Next up is this. Bibimbap.

Learnt this online and recreate mine. Cut carrots and cucumbers into thin strips. Carrots you can either eat it raw or cook it it's up to you. Boil the meat in water till cook and cut in strips. You can buy some beansprouts to add (must be cooked). But i bought the soybean sprouts in ntuc and add inside. Fry a sunnysideup and place it on the top after you finish putting other veggies on the rice.

As for the chilli sauce. I use the korean chilli paste. It can be bought at either supermarts or korean supermarts. Add one teaspoon of sesame oil, 1/2 teaspoon of corn syrup or a pinch of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of light soy sauce to a tablespoon of chilli paste. Add more some each seasonings to match your tastebuds.

And you are done!! Mix well with the ingredients and rice and eat!!!

Enjoy and will be back for more!!!
